Solange at the Met Gala

I love Solange Knowles look for the Met gala. The theme was Punk: Chaos to Couture. Her outfit and hair is very Foxy Brown from the 1970s but modern and with an African twist. I think her clothes look Ankara-ish. I love the accessories - shoes, bag and earrings; her hair depicts "crowning glory".

If I were on fashion police I would give her good reviews but her outfit isn't very punkish.

Natural Nigerian singer Nneka Egbuna

Nneka Egbuna is a famous Nigerian-German singer and song writer. This petite singer is known for her hip hop/soul music and her wonderful natural hair. She always has an Afro and has an African style to her music and wardrobe.

I love her image;I met her once, she came across as a very down to earth and regular chick which was refreshing.

Naturally Glamorous Kate Henshaw

Nigerian actress and celebrity Kate Henshaw is naturally glamorous. I believe she has been natural for over two years now. We have a few things in common she and I; we both have natural hair, come from Cross River state and are both gorgeous .. lol... She is indeed a positive role model; as a symbol of health, beauty and class. I mean the woman is in her 40s and she looks so darn good.

Nse Ikpe- Etim

I am digging Nigerian Actress Nse Ikpe- Etim Natural Hair. Her faux hawk is banging in this picture.

Although I have never worn a faux hawk before, it is a pretty easy look to get. This isn't a tutorial entry, it is a " wow look at that natural sista" entry lol. So if you want to try this look out youtube is your friend.

I think her faux hawk would have looked a lot better if it had some curl to it. Like from an old twist out to a hawk, all the same she looks stunning.
